Bedok Mall FairPrice Finest has a super wide range of produce and a wide selection. The staff are all very friendly, and if you can’t find anything, they will gladly bring you to the aisle. They also have good cuts of beef at their meat section, served by helpful and friendly employees. Easy to locate items as aisles are properly labeled.

It’s time to implement Scan & Go here!
Even the self-service terminals have ridiculous queues.
Why is there still no Scan & Go?
And for this aisle, they could just add 3 letters, something like “Oil” or squeeze in “cooking oil”...
Such a major item is often needed, and I have to hunt the aisles one by one.

Aisles are not as clearly organized as other outlets.
Upon checkout, I clearly informed the cashier that I did not need a plastic bag. However, she gave me one and charged for it.
When I pointed out to her that I did not need one, she simply gave me a dismissive look and ignored me. I repeated myself, showed her my reusable bag, and she simply continued to look at me with a dismissive “smile”.
I would have appreciated it if she acknowledged her mistake and made a simple apology. I wouldn't have minded the extra plastic bag at all.
Very disappointed by her attitude and response. This thoroughly ruined my shopping experience.
I will not visit again, even though this is near my neighborhood. I will be going to other outlets.

Taryn is probably the reason why I keep coming back to the FairPrice Finest here, even though there is another one nearer to my home. Her warmth and dedication through her service are what make me look forward to visiting every day. I am incredibly thankful for her consistent and generous help at the store whenever I need it. She's incredibly observant, and I noticed how she would also be proactive in helping others. We need more of Taryn in these stores.
