On Friday, 7/6/24, at about 4 PM, I was at the Bedok Mall branch and wanted to buy some bak-chang. The two aunties serving the customer in front of me provided really terrible service. Imagine: two staff serving just one customer, yet there was still someone in the queue behind me. I waited for a few minutes for either of the aunties to serve me, but they didn't, instead pretending to be busy. I ended up not buying anything. Really poor service. Management and relevant personnel in charge need to conduct frequent checks to maintain their 'services'.

Tried the mini Nyonya dumplings. The Aunty didn't speak much English, but she was nice and showed me the fillings for her Tutu Kueh. The dumpling didn't have much filling, but I liked the flavour, and I feel it's good value since it was just over 2 dollars. Nice snack stall!
