There is no DHL in Bedok Mall. But you can get DHL service at FairPrice in Bedok South Ave 1, near Esso (postal code 469335), within walking distance from Bedok Mall.

The staff is very prompt and friendly in helping me send my parcel via DHL. The whole process was super fuss-free! Highly recommended :)

Early in the morning, my blood boiled. I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, and your cashier asked me for my NRIC. Are you out of your mind? I'd understand if it were for a student or young person, but not for me. And when I asked why, she rolled her eyes. This was the first time in my life a cashier had asked for my NRIC. From what I know, no one is allowed to ask for an NRIC starting from September. Why is Cheers still doing it?

It was my first time sending my documents through DHL, and the store owner guided me throughout the process. He's friendly, approachable, and the service was fast. I will definitely come here again to send my parcel in the future.

I went to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label. The counter lady with the name tag 'Joyce' insisted that they did not accept it, and that a separate payment was required. With such a bad understanding of the delivery process, it is no wonder that I read some horrible ratings on Google. I regretted visiting. I switched to T.GO Express, located at Tampines MRT, and got it done in less than 5 minutes without hassle.

I had a very bad experience with this outlet for online Grab delivery. I ordered three items, but it turned out two were out of stock (even though the system indicated they were in stock when I placed the order). They then proceeded to charge me for only one item – just a lozenge for $2.50 – and still made me pay $5 for the Grab delivery service! Please explain and provide customer compensation, or I will lodge a direct complaint with Cheers, Grab, and on social media.

Went to Cheers Bedok Mall to buy the paus. Surprisingly, they don't provide the paper bag anymore; instead, they give a plastic bag (those pasar ones) to put your paus. Which I find disgusting and gross! How can you just put the whole pau into a plastic bag, eeeewww.. When I asked the staff, she said the plastic is new. It's not about new or old; it's just not right to not use the paper kind and then just chuck your pau in a plastic bag. Plus, that area is dusty. Management must look into it and provide the usual paper bag for the paus and siewmai. At least use the clear ones for takeaway food. Totally disgusted 🤢🤢

My advice: Do not buy your SIM here. The service is bad. If your SIM can't register, they'll say it's your phone's problem or simply offer no refund. They don't care and won't help you find a solution.

Choosing 1 star as there's no zero-star option. It's the worst Cheers I've ever visited. I've been in Singapore for many years. I bought a SIM card for my dad and told the staff that he is a tourist. She sold it to me without telling me that it is not allowed for tourists to register themselves anymore. On the second day, a male staff member was there and said that they will never ever sell a tourist a SIM card if the tourist doesn't have their passport with them (in a very rude tone). So he meant that it's my fault. Will never visit this store again.
