I love Go Beauty Language at Bedok Mall. The staff are so friendly and patient.

The old aunty sales assistant there was rude as heck. She was stocking the shelves when I went in and seemed really irritated that I was even patronizing the shop. It was as if I was in the way, when all I wanted was to buy perfume and give the shop business – business that would eventually pay her wages. It was hard to communicate with her as she only spoke in Chinese. After she hastily and reluctantly let me try on some scents, I purchased something. Only because the price was low. Otherwise, I wouldn't step into this shop. Poor customer service gets zero stars from me.
