We patronised today, June 17th, at 12:40 PM, but this is the first time we've had a bad experience here.
After ordering (I went to find seats with my girl, and my mom was with my dad at the counter), the lady service staff member (first time seeing her at the outlet) told my dad to hold the ice cream cup. My dad has issues with mobility (in his hands and legs) and holds a walking stick. So my mom informed her to leave it on the table, as he couldn't manage the cup of ice cream. He requested an extra spoon and walked away, assuming that the spoon would be placed with the ice cream cup. But the lady service staff member 'tsked' loudly and put the spoon on the bare table next to the cup, not even on a serviette. My mom heard it and told her off, stating that as a service staff member, she should consider the customer's condition and not be so insistent that my dad take the ice cream. (Yes, we understand that ice cream will melt, but if the cup drops instead, would she refund or replace it?) As a service staff member, that should not have been the attitude to 'tsk' at customers; she should have been more observant of the customer's condition and the situation. The staff member did not even apologise and simply avoided eye contact with my mom.
This has been an unpleasant experience, and we are still angered by the rudeness and behaviour of the staff. We are disappointed, as this is our favourite ice cream spot.

Came here a few times because there are a wide range of flavours and 12 toppings to choose from. I particularly like Pistachio Almond and Cookies and Cream, with Almond Diced topping. The price is reasonable too.
There's a lot to be said about the staff service. The Malay girls were very nice and friendly; they would smile and even tell you to enjoy your ice cream. However, there's a Chinese girl with a standoffish attitude. One time, I asked to taste a particular ice cream flavour. She scooped the wrong flavour, which was too little to even taste. I didn't tell her about it because her face was grumpy from serving prior customers. She clearly wasn't interested in listening to customers but preferred to just be "there" — performing tasks out of obligation. I also asked for almond toppings for my ice cream, but she poured very little of it compared to other staff members who usually give a generous amount. Then she asked me if I wanted my receipt. I said no, and she mumbled to herself, thinking I didn't hear it: "不要receipt then 走啦!" (don't want receipt then leave la!). Cool. I guess she has gotten sick of serving customers or even communicating properly, even though customers provide them with sales. I won't fault her, though, because the ice cream is good. I will go to other outlets instead.

The worst ever! Consistently, this restaurant has not been updating its Panda and Grab delivery options. Orders are always canceled at the very last moment of delivery time. Management must seriously look into this matter to avoid compelling customers to accept refunds in the form of delivery wallet credits, and then having to order food unnecessarily just to utilize those wallet balances.
