Inventory Admin

Location: Bedok

# 6 days work week, 2 off days in alternate week

# Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays – 10:45 to 19:30 | Sundays/PH – 10:45 to 17:30

Job Summary:

This role requires to maintain accurate inventory records, coordinating stock movement, and providing excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Administration

• Monitor and manage daily inventory levels and stock movement.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock to ensure proper documentation.
• Update inventory systems and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for stock replenishment.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist in periodic stock takes and audits.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management and/or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
